What does the machine need for setup?

Our machines require:

• Dimensions (H × W × D): 1910 × 1170 mm × 860 mm
• Power Supply: 220V, 50/60Hz, 450W
• Location Requirements: Shelter is recommended, though the machine can be placed outdoors.
• Connectivity & Security: A Wi-Fi connection is required; security cameras can also be installed by us for monitoring.

What products can be stocked in the machine?

CraveCraze kiosks are designed for flexibility. They can stock snacks, beverages, toiletries, and other everyday essentials. We work with you to curate a product mix tailored to your location and audience.

Are the machines refrigerated?

Yes. Each unit is equipped with an Embraco compressor and maintains adjustable temperatures from +3°C up to +25°C, making it ideal for snacks, drinks, and other temperature-sensitive products.

How long does it take to get the machine?

Once an order is confirmed, delivery and installation of your CraveCraze automated kiosk typically takes 12 weeks. This ensures proper manufacturing, shipping, setup, and site preparation.

Can the machines accept cash?

Yes, it is possible to include a cash payment option for new machine orders. However, we do not recommend it due to security concerns. Our standard machines are optimized for M-Pesa Express and card payments for safer, faster, and more convenient transactions.

Do you provide maintenance and restocking support?

We do everything. Our service is fully managed—we handle stocking, monitoring, maintenance, and repairs, so your machine remains operational and profitable at all times.

Can I buy or rent one?
